There has never been more choice about what you can study when you enter Year 10. You must take some subjects like English, Science and Maths, but you can choose others. Some might not even be in your own school.

Diplomas
The Diploma is an alternative to the traditional GCSE and A Level routes, but one which keeps just as many options open. It could lead to further study, or to employment with training. Diplomas are not replacing GCSEs and A levels, but give you a different option.
