Choices you have to make at 16 are about what you want to study and where.
You could opt for A Levels in a school or sixth form college, or you could decide that an apprenticeship with an employer or work-based learning provider is best for you. These are only some of your choices.

Diplomas
The Diploma is an alternative to the traditional GCSE and A Level routes, but one which keeps just as many options open. It could lead to further study, or to employment with training. Diplomas are not replacing GCSEs and A levels, but give you a different option.
