Choices you have to make at 18 could take you in a number of different directions. For example, Higher Education offers a range of advanced courses like degrees, foundation degrees, sandwich courses and Higher National qualification.

You would study at a university, a specialist college or a college of further education. But there are other options too like Government programmes for over 18's as well as a full range of vocational programmes offered by work-based learning providers.
